Kristian Spreen & Reid Ferguson

Kristian Spreen and Reid Ferguson are collaborative craftspersons based in St Marys, Ontario. They design and make functional housewares that bring nature into the home.
Both Kristian and Reid are award-winning artists in their own right, with distinct individual styles. Reid’s work is heavily influenced by graffiti and the ever-changing urban landscape. Kristian makes vessels with unique abstract surface designs that invite the viewer to interact with them as three-dimensional paintings.
Kristian and Reid share a passion for design and product development. Family life has naturally led them to think about the home and inspired them to design and create glass objects that people will love to live with. Much of their designing occurs around the dinner table and is refined in the studio through the process of making.
They are both graduates of the Sheridan College Craft and Design program and Harbourfront Centre artists-in-residence Alumni.
